About Me
I bring 15 years of experience in social impact strategy delivering big results and big dreams across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors spanning from local to global organizations. With creativity and excitement, I have helped organizations grow to the next level while leveraging their resources, raising more than $100 Million dollars.
I proudly served as the Executive Director of the Burger King Foundation growing the global network of franchisees, employees, vendors, suppliers, and non-profit partners. With the vision of taking the Foundation from a North American impact model to a global infrastructure, operations expanded to 41 countries! Together, with an amazing team, the Foundation invested $50 million in scholarships across North America, completed 250 education projects in 12 countries, and helped employees with more than $2 million in emergency relief grants while establishing strategic nonprofit partnerships with Room to Read, Posse Foundation, National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, AAA Scholarships, and the Miami Dade County Public School System.

Before leaping into corporate social responsibility, I enjoyed my passion for history while growing the visibility and development of the HistoryMiami Museum in Miami, FL overseeing the largest antique map fair with a global audience of 3,000 and growing two affinity groups. I have also worked with the USDA Farmland Values Project, managing the survey data collection in Western North Carolina and the Boise Art Museum where I developed the education curriculum and evaluation tools for their elementary school platform.

I served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, the Association of Fundraising Professionals of Miami, The Israel Innovation Fund and the Corporate Advisory Group for the Council on Foundations. I was selected as the Florida State University Jim Moran Institute Nonprofit Leader, recognized as 40 under 40 for the South Florida Business Journal, and the recipient of the Restaurant Neighbor Award by the National Restaurant Association.

An energetic speaker on transforming philanthropy, I have had the privilege to keynote social impact conferences and corporate events all over the world including the Women in Leadership Symposium and at the first-ever Accelerist virtual conference as well as the National Diversity Council, Social Innovation Summit, and the World Literacy Foundation Conference. I am most interested in creating efficient organizations and accelerating accessible education, environmental and historic preservation, and wellness causes.
